Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their orders as long as the product hasn’t yet shipped / out for delivery. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
• You can cancel the order from our website. Please Go to MyAccount=>Order to cancel your order.

Exchange Policy 

• • Exchange will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of receiving your order. To proceed with exchange, please start the process from our website or you can also email us at contact@takshatrends.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8279728099 with your order number.
  • We will arrange for a pickup of the item. Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly dispatch a replacement.

Refund Policy

• In case you receive a damaged product, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. Please contact us at contact@takshatrends.com or WhatsApp us at +918279728099 with your order number.
• We’ll arrange for a pick up of the item. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll process the refund.
• In case of any refunds approved by the TAKSHA AND TRENDS, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
